Validation and identity

Validate the descriptor or add a component to build a component package.

Component-profile export only. Browser Host applications also require a semantic interface and data schema.

⁰¹ This validates a deliberately small subset of TOML required by the draft.

⁰² Component exports have no semantic UI and cannot open as application-profile packages.
