Conditions d’utilisation

Nous appliquons le droit polonais et le droit de l’Union européenne, y compris le RGPD.

  • Service operator. MZI APP is operated by Hevman Core. For service, account, privacy, and legal questions you can contact [email protected].
  • Service scope. MZI APP provides a browser platform for games, apps, product pages, collections, accounts, library features, Cloud Save where supported, friends, achievements, and related functionality.
  • Accounts. You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. You must use true, lawful contact data where required and protect access to your account.
  • Age and consumer rules. You must be old enough to use online services in your country. If Polish or EU consumer law gives you mandatory rights, these terms do not limit them.
  • Acceptable use. Do not attack the service, bypass security, scrape at harmful scale, impersonate others, harass users, publish unlawful content, or use MZI APP in a way that disrupts other people.
  • Games and apps. Each game or app may have its own product behavior, save model, availability, device support, and community context shown on its product page.
  • Developer and third-party products. If a product is submitted by an external developer, the developer is responsible for having the rights to distribute it and for ensuring that the product does not contain illegal, misleading, harmful, or copyright-infringing content. MZI APP may review, reject, limit, remove, or disable products that do not meet platform or legal requirements.
  • Cloud Save. Cloud Save is an account-based save system for supported products. It is meant for progress, preferences, and app data. Users and developers must not store unlawful, dangerous, or excessive data there.
  • User content. Content posted in community areas remains yours, but you grant MZI APP a license to host, display, moderate, and technically process it as needed to run the service.
  • Security and moderation. We may use technical protection, rate limits, anti-bot tools, moderation, account restrictions, or removal of content when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service reliability.
  • Availability. The service is provided in its current form. We work on reliability, but we may update, limit, pause, remove, or change features, games, apps, or integrations.
  • Governing law. The service is managed from Poland and these terms are interpreted under Polish law, with mandatory EU and consumer protection rules applying where required.
  • Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page, and continued use after changes means acceptance where allowed by law.
